First drafts of schedules for all divisions have been posted on this website. With the large numbers of date exclusions and limited gym availability for many of our towns and organizations, this has been a challenging process for those of us involved in scheduling. This process has become even more onerous as some towns/organizations have eliminated teams that had already been scheduled and added new teams or requested changes of division for existing teams (again, that had already been scheduled).
Many of you have already contacted us to provide information on conflicts in your individual team schedules. We encourage all of our teams’ coaches to carefully review their schedules and provide us with conflict and error information. As we have indicated previously, we know that the schedules as posted are imperfect and are working to resolve all issues. Our priority is to resolve issues first in the games scheduled for December and then work our way through other conflicts and errors in chronological order. Should we need the assistance of the head coaches or town/organization directors in the resolution process, we will contact you.
